Shipping

We ship both Domestic & Internationally.

Purchases will be shipped via USPS from our Brooklyn distribution center. You can expect your purchase to arrive within 4-12 business days from receipt of your shipping confirmation email. For an additional charge, we can expedite delivery to most destinations in 1-4 business days.

    • The shipping and handling cost for your order is based on the total weight of the order.
    • Please allow up to 7 - 10 business days  to process and pack your order.
  • Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Delivery times shown below are based upon normal business volume. You may choose to upgrade the shipping method for faster delivery. Not all delivery methods are available to all areas

Order Cancellation and Changes

We do not normally accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. If you have a question about your order, please contact us at KALEIDOSOAPS@KAELEIDOSOAPSHOP.com

Order Tracking

When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment - this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package. Tracking information may take up to 24-48 hrs to update from the carrier.

Common Questions

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

You will need to create a new order if you would like to ship to more than one address.

Can I conjoin multiple orders that I placed?

Usually our shipping team can assist with joining separate orders before they have been processed for shipping. Orders must have the same billing and delivery address. Shipping costs are non refundable and will be applied to the change in weight of the joined orders. $2.99 processing fee will apply. This service is only offered to US domestic orders. What shipping method do you use?

The majority of our packages are shipped by USPS or UPS. However, some packages may be delivered by an alternative carrier. For more information, please contact us at KALEIDOSOAPS@KAELEIDOSOAPSHOP.com

Do I have to sign for delivery?

You will not have to sign for delivery unless you tick the 'Signature Required' box in the checkout. However, by not ticking that box you are acknowledging that neither USP, UPS nor KALEIDOSOAPS are responsible for replacing the product in the event that your order is damaged or missing.

What do I do if I have special delivery instructions?

Unfortunately, USPS & UPS do not accept special delivery instructions for orders placed through KALEIDOSOAPS at this time.

What do I do if I have received a damaged product or order?

Should you receive a product or order that is damaged, please email our Care Team: KALEIDOSOAPS@KALEIDOSOAPSHOP.com within 48 hrs and we will assist you with your order issue. Please provide photos of the order/product in question.  KALEIDOSOAPS is not responsible for damages caused by the shipping carriers, nor responsible for offering a refund or a replacement. You may file a claim via USPS Claims Dept via this link: Claims or by calling 1 (800) 275-8777  Our team will be happy to assist you in anyway that we can. 

What do I do if my package is missing?

If your tracking number confirms delivery but you can not locate your order we advise for you to first reach out to your local USPS office or calling USPS Customer Care. Occasionally carriers will leave your package with a neighbor, leasing office, or they will hold your parcel at your local postal center for pickup. KALEIDOSOAPS is not responsible for lost, missing or stolen orders however you may file a claim this link: Claims or by calling 1 (800) 275-8777. Our team will be happy to assist you in anyway that we can. 

What to do if my order is missing an item. 

All order discrepancies or damages must be reported within 48 hrs of receiving the package in order to be considered for replacement or refund.
